AtlantOS: Co-design in the Atlantic 2022

AtlantOS: Co-design in the Atlantic will take place on 13th June 2022, between 9am – 10am (BR) as a virtual event.

The side event is part of the All-Atlantic Ocean Research Alliance 2022 and will be co-hosted by the United States (NOAA) and Brazil.

The event will focus on addressing the meaning of co-design and will offer potential thematic working group areas in the Atlantic to be executed through AtlantOS.

The aim of this event is to encourage input on time-limited thematic working groups around Atlantic user areas and consider those which are end-user driven to best serve user needs.

  • Introducing Co-design and readout from the Co-Design Workshop – Ann-Christine Zinkann
  • Readout from UN Decade Regional Summaries and National Priorities – Mariana Rocha de Souza
  • Review of user areas – Gleyci Aparecida Oliveira Moser and Leticia Cotrim da Cunha
  • Next steps – Jessica Snowden
