The WMO-BIPM Metrology for Climate Action workshop will be held on 26-30 September.
The online workshop, hosted by BIPM and WMO, is open to experts and stakeholders active in the fields of climate science, observations, GHG mitigation and measurement, modelling, and measurement science willing to contribute to the development of recommendations on key technical challenge areas for metrology in these fields.
There will be a session dedicated to in situ measurements of the ocean that will be chaired by Paola Fisicaro as part of the Ocean and Hydrology topic.
Pre-recorded presentations and posters are available for viewing. Registered participants are invited to start providing comments and questions via their Participant access space.
